1. Who we are

The website en.musimagno.com ("Musimagno", "we", "us") is run by Damián Calle, an independent seller based in San Luis, Argentina. Contact: [email protected]. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

Digital products: ebooks in PDF format, audio files and, in the future, video courses. Nothing is shipped physically. Each product page describes what's included and the file format.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Payments are processed securely by Whop, our payment provider, and you can pay by card or with the other methods shown at checkout. Musimagno never stores your card details. The final amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may charge its own conversion fee.

Prices may change without notice, but you always pay the price shown when you confirm your purchase. If we run a discount, we'll show when it ends.

4. Delivery

As soon as your payment goes through, you'll get an email with your download links. Each link is valid for 7 days and allows up to 5 downloads per file. If a link expires, you can get a new one at /descarga using the email you bought with.

5. License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites or otherwise distribute the files, in whole or in part. You're welcome to print them for your own personal use. All content is protected by copyright under Argentine law (Law 11.723) and international copyright treaties.

6. Money-back guarantee and refunds

You have 30 days from your purchase to ask for a full refund, no questions asked. Just email us or use the refund request form. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Liability

Our material is for educational purposes. Your results depend on your own practice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of the country where you live; nothing in these terms takes them away.
